A proper cut, at a time that suits you

Three chairs on Franklin Street. Pick your barber, pick your service, pick your time — and pay in the shop when you are done.

Choose a barber, then a service, then a time. You pay in the shop — nothing is taken now.

I book on my phone on the train home and there is always something the next morning. Never once had to ring up.

Elena fixed a box-dye disaster I will not describe further. Three years later I still travel across town for it.

Took my son to Jules after two bad experiences elsewhere. He now asks to go. That is the whole review.

Before you book

Do I pay when I book?
No. You pay in the shop after your cut, by cash or card. Booking just holds the time.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or move it up to 12 hours before and that is that. Later than that, message the shop and we will sort it out.
Do you take walk-ins?
When the book allows, usually with Jules. Booking is the only way to be certain of a time.
How long does colour take?
A root touch-up is 90 minutes and balayage is three hours. Those times are real — the booking page will not let you squeeze one in before closing.
